Terms and Conditions

  • All sights are based on two (2) person occupancy. There is a charge of $6.00 person per day over 5 years old.

  • All reservations are held and guaranteed with a valid credit card. Balance to be paid upon arrival.

  • All reservations must be canceled 48 hours prior to “Check in” for a full refund.

  • RV Check-in is 2:00pm. Check out is 12:00pm

  • Stay includes Water and Sewer

  • Stay includes use of all amenities

  • Electric is not included except for weekend promotional packages

  • There is no smoking or pets allowed in communal areas

  • Daily and weekly stays require a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the duration of stay. Including a $5.00 booking fee.

  • Electric is included in the deposit. Additional fees included: Water fees; Washing Machine hook up $25.00, RV $18.00 per wash, Boat or car $8.00 per wash. Return check $42.00, Bank Fee $12.00, Late Fee $75.00 (Monthly), Electric is 0.15 cents per kw and applies to monthly and annual rentals. All fees are subject to change.

Pet Polices

  • Only dogs and cat are permitted. Only (2) registered pets per lot.

  • Pet belonging to visitors must also be registered.

  • Dogs can not exceed 75 lbs. Certain breed restrictions may apply.

  • Approval of pets is at the sole discretion of park management.

  • Pets must be leashed at all times outside RV and cannot be left unattended.

  • Park guest must clean up their pets waste in all park areas.

  • Pets cannot relieve themselves on other people’s property.

We use the Meta Pixel and Lead Forms to reach prospective residents.
